Delete your Kashmiri Dictionary account
Developer: digidom · Contact: vikas.ideacheck@gmail.com
Delete from inside the app
- Open the Kashmiri Dictionary app on your phone.
- Tap the Settings tab (bottom right).
- Under Account, tap Manage account.
- Under the red Danger zone, tap Delete your account and data.
- Confirm the prompt.
7-day grace period
When you tap delete, the account is scheduled for deletion 7 days later — not erased immediately. During those 7 days, if you sign in again on the app with the same Google or Apple account, the pending deletion is automatically cancelled and your data is restored. After 7 days, the erase is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete without the app
If you can no longer access the app, email vikas.ideacheck@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We will confirm and delete your account within 7 days.
What is deleted after the 7-day grace period
- Your account record — email, sign-in provider, and account creation date.
- Diamond balance and Premium status — deleted along with the account.
- Viewing history and analytics events — per-user events (searches, entries viewed, diamond spend) are deleted with the account.
- Supabase Auth identity — the identity record used to sign in is removed.
What is kept
- Aggregate analytics — anonymised, de-identified aggregate counts (e.g. total daily active users) may be retained indefinitely.
- Payment records — if you made a purchase, our payment provider may retain transaction records as required by tax and accounting laws.
- Backups — encrypted database backups may take up to 30 days to fully expire.
This page satisfies Google Play's account-deletion requirement for the Kashmiri Dictionary app (package org.bhairav.kashmiri_dictionary_app).
