Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

• IP address — used for rate limiting to prevent automated abuse. Not stored long-term.
• Account email — Supabase Auth provides your email address from Google when you sign in.
• Weekly quota count — we store how many free evaluations your account has used in the current week.
• Payment and subscription IDs — if you pay for premium access, Dodo Payments processes your payment and sends subscription status used to activate your account. We do not store card details or payment credentials.

What we do not collect

• Your startup idea — idea text is processed in memory to generate your evaluation and is not stored in our database.
• Your startup idea in our database.
• Advertising trackers, third-party ad pixels, or cookies.

Third-party services

• Supabase Auth — handles Google login for free and premium accounts.
• Dodo Payments — handles payment processing. Subject to Dodo Payments' privacy policy.
• Groq / Google Gemini — your idea text is sent to an LLM provider to generate the evaluation. These providers process the text under their own data policies and do not store it for training.
• Usage analytics — we collect privacy-preserving analytics to understand how the service is used (e.g. page views, evaluations per day, paywall hits). No idea text and no advertising trackers.

Data retention

Free quota counters reset weekly. Account and premium records are kept while your account or subscription is active and as needed for support, billing, and legal compliance.

Your rights

You can sign out at any time. Premium access can be recovered by signing in again with the same Google account. For account deletion requests, email us.
