What ideacheck is

ideacheck is a startup idea evaluation tool. It searches a dataset of Hacker News discussions and uses a large language model to generate an opinion on your idea. The output is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Not advice

Nothing on ideacheck constitutes financial, investment, legal, or business advice. Do not make significant decisions based solely on an ideacheck evaluation. The verdicts are AI-generated opinions, not expert assessments.

Free tier

You may use ideacheck for free up to 3 evaluations per day. Free tier access is tied to your browser — clearing browser data resets your quota identifier.

Premium access

Premium access (₹99) grants unlimited evaluations for 7 calendar days. Payment is processed in Indian Rupees via Razorpay. Premium is available to users in India only. Access is tied to the browser UUID present at the time of payment — save your Payment ID to restore access if you clear browser data.

Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to exceed the rate limits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others

Availability

We make no guarantees about uptime or availability. We may change pricing, features, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

ideacheck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
