Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds

All purchases on ideacheck are final. Premium access (₹99 for 7 days) is a digital product that is activated immediately upon successful payment. Because access is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

If your access did not activate

If you completed payment but your premium access did not activate, we will resolve it. Use the Restore Access option on the main page and enter your Payment ID from the Razorpay confirmation. Your Payment ID starts with pay_ and can be found in your Razorpay payment receipt.

If restore does not work, email vikas.ideacheck@gmail.com with your Payment ID and we'll sort it out.

No recurring charges

Premium access is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no recurring billing. You will never be charged again unless you make a new purchase.

Cancellation

Since there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. Premium access simply expires after 7 days.
